We became a registered charity in April 2011. The charity is run by its four trustees:
Ian & Cristina Villiers – parents to Isaac Villiers who spent his first four months in the neonatal unit at St Georges and underwent four operations at his time there. Having been there they understand the strain of having a baby cared for in a hospital neo-natal intensive care unit, and the awfulness of losing a child.
Eric Nicholls – specialist paediatric surgeon at St George’s Hospital, London.
Dr. Nigel Kennnea – neonatal consultant at St George’s Hospital, London.
By having two experts in the field on our board of trustees means that Baby Isaac Fund keeps up to date with developments in this ever-changing area of medicine.
